  this past week ms nani @ the old norcross duluth ga has helped me on more than one occasion - such as - showing me what buttons "to push" to text & what buttons "not to push" so that i don't delete other pieces of information that i clearly need - which is why i am here inside the cricket bldg right now - i have been w/other competitor cell phone companies & "none" of the other employees would give me solid understandable answers - like ms nani - that i could understand when i was ready to leave their location - i am very happy w/ms nani & will recommend her & cricket to all of my family & friends sincerely mike rucker we'd 06/17/26 @ 144pm

  I had some concerns about my account security after receiving a text message that someone was attempting to change my account PIN at another location without my knowledge. It was definitely unsettling. The team at this store took the time to explain their security procedures and reassured me that they always verify customer IDs and account PINs before making any account changes. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to protecting customer accounts gave me peace of mind. They went above and beyond to address my concerns and made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you for the excellent service and for taking account security seriously! Give them a raise hahaha

  Do not go there I went there last weekend cuz I was having issues with my phone for some reason it was locked they treated me like a criminal piss me off so I'm not a couple of empty boxes off of a table. Call my husband because they say that my husband was on the account but when I went to the Roswell store they said I was on the account I could do any changes I wanted to. All Duluth had to do was asked for my ID they can see that I was his wife they threatened to call the cops on me treated me again like a criminal do not go to this place you will be treated like a criminal too. And yes I did use a bit of profanity because I was very upset being treated like that.

  Emmanuel and Nana are absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable about everything! They even offered me water and chips 😇 def recommend them to everyone, spent $400 on new razor phone, absolutely love it 🙏💚

  Talk about an amazing team! I have a Cricket account but stopped in for some guidance, and Abrianna Phillips and Emmanuel Aryee were absolutely exceptional. They genuinely care about their customers and went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and they made the entire experience stress-free.
