  I travel to Atlanta every month on business. I used to stay at another hotel, but I haven't checked if their renovation is complete yet. As an alternative, I've been staying at the Best Western Gwinnett Center Hotel. Although the property is a bit dated, it was decent overall. However, when I stayed on the first floor once, I spotted a cockroach and decided not to return. But because the location is so convenient for my work, I decided to give it another try and asked to be placed strictly on the third floor instead. Fortunately, I haven't seen any bugs since then. The front desk staff has always been very friendly, and I even remember an employee named Ron. My only complaint is that the price is a bit high for what it offers. Considering the overall quality, around $80 per night including taxes would feel much more reasonable.

  The hotel is in a great location. The bathroom needs some updating.

  Good rates and not too far from the Georgia Aquarium. Clean and comfortable.

  Nothing. They tried to scam me out of my deposit. Saying that there was a stain on a pillow and towels. Mind you the stain was makeup saying that it was a charge since there was a stain. Worst experience ever

  Great stay and a very pleasant experience overall. A special thank you to the gentleman at the reception, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. His warm welcome and attention made all the difference. Highly recommended!
