  Alan and Albert were amazing! Their customer service was top notch! The system was giving an error on a warranty item and they did everything they could to help.

  I didn’t like how when I went in there , they acknowledged everyone else but me . Didn’t say anything not a “I’ll be right with you” , “how you doing “. But when another customer comes in after me it’s hey how are you doing, I didn’t get that same welcoming energy . Did I do something ? I just left cause I take red flags seriously

  Thank you so much for yalls service. My boyfriend and I went to AutoZone just across the street.. and I’ll keep it short. Our experience was terrible. We passed by Advance Auto Parts and decided to give it a try. Night and day difference of customer service. Natalie was so friendly. Albert was efficient and knowledgeable.

  Called to see if they have brake pads for my vehicle, although they did not have one that I wanted, the general manager of the store Albert helped me find other options through the phone! Super helpful, that’s why I choose advance auto parts, their customer service is very good.

  The attitude is appalling… went in to get rotors and pads because the ones we had on hand wouldn’t fit. I gave her the specks and ask for the cheapest selection, got my parts. She asked for my phone number ok fine… well we find the parts in our garage and come to return what we purchased, same girl messes up the return and my husband who didn’t go with me the first time points out they should have offered me the buy two rotors get free pads deal. She sold me higher pads so the deal didn’t apply, messed up the return, and even though she asked for the phone number didn’t attach it to the first transaction. What should have taken 10 mins took an hour. While another gentleman was helping us people were standing behind us and the original young lady and another gentleman were just chatting. The gentleman helping us finally got everything fixed but again everyone just had a crap attitude towards all the customers. I’ll be driving a little farther from my house for better service. Been here for my radiator, brakes, ect on my highlander and a bunch of stuff on my husbands civic never had such a bad experience.
