  How in the world does the online app allow you to place an order for pickup at 10 am, when the store doesn't open til 1030. As a first time customer I had no idea of the store hours. So I sit in the parking lot for 36.minutes until the store opened, late by the way. The wings were ok, but not nearly the best I've ever had, by a Longshot. I sure won't waste 20 dollars on this place again. There are several other places in this town that sell wings that taste better are are more economical.

  Ordered pick up to take home ( 40 minutes away - one way) got home hungry and take out the food for family only to find that the only I received was 🌽 corn. After a long day of work had to scramble to figure out dinner when we were already seated and ready to eat. Had to fight for a refund and they didn't even refund half of the bill...none of my chicken was in the bag although I asked if everything was in the bag when I picked up. Terrible experience that left me hungry and overpaying for corn.

  Went in got 10 mild wings, 10 Cajun wing, a spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was burnt it looked like a chocolate cookie. The mild wings had no mild flavor just overly salty, the Cajun wings were overly salty but seasoning was ok. All the wings were way overcooked. They weren’t crispy they were hard where we couldn’t even bite them. Worst food I’ve ever had.

  This is my third time ordering from this particular location twice using DoorDash. This was me action to establish first thing that caught me off. Guard was the employees in the back arguing about themselves, which was loud enough to hear in a small space, but to make matters worse when I pulled up, the manager was outside, squeezing to the individual at this particular time. I did not know that this was the manager he proceeded to walk back into the store. After some time he did greet me, but he went straight to the kitchen, and you can see in their kitchen and proceeded to start working on orders without washing his hands. That is a red flag to me. I know he was the manager because I asked to make clarification. We have to do better. This is a fairly new establishment for it to be poorly ran my food is never consistent. Let’s get it together. I’ve given it three times I believe this will be my last.

  4th time ordering here. I Get lemon pepper always. Wings have been hard each time, I try to hope it's better each time but no. Fries loaded with salt. Wings dry with little lemon flavor or sauce. I was excited to see wingstop come to Dublin but no more There are better places around and I will go to American Deli from now on where Wings have flavor and are hot. They are not dry either. Get it together wingstop. Not a good start here. 🙁
