  This girl had terrible customers service just threw my food in the bag didn't even rap it properly or nothing before I let I said have a good one she's replies with mhm hmm.. it's crazy how morning shift workers are better compared to theses the black dude with the dreads had good customer service but the white girl didn't it was very disappointing on how she treated me like she did.

  yesterday i had a craving for subway (im pregnant). placed the order online & my boyfriend went to pick it up. we paid for it and when he went to get it they said “we don’t do online orders.” so we were out of our money as well. there’s signs all over the windows about in app & mobile orders. the workers seem pretty annoyed to do their jobs so maybe that was the issue. definitely need to work on their customer service.

  When your sign says you close at 9:00 I expect you to be open until 9:00 if you want to close at 8:50 then your sign needs to say 8:50.
