You can tell they really care here. I was expecting to wait 1 hour+ but they took care of me in 15 mins. LT has been super helpful every time I needed assistance. I don't think I'll go anywhere else!

Five stars, and I wish I could give even more. I came into the Advance Auto Parts on Veterans Blvd in Dublin, GA to gear up for an unexpected tire change, and Latevi M (LT) took care of me kindly, attentively, and knowledgeably. For a senior citizen doing battle with lug nuts that wouldn't budge, once LT armed me with a torque wrench and the exact deep-set socket I needed, I felt like Thor with his mighty hammer. No wasted steps, just real care. What impressed me most: LT was helping several of us at once, and somehow each person got exactly what they needed without ever feeling like they were waiting in line. That's a rare gift. If you're anywhere near this store, ask for LT. This is what good service looks like, and Advance Auto should be proud to have LT on the team. By the way, thanks to LT's thoughtful help, I got those lug nuts off, the tire changed, and I made it home safely. I've been thinking about this: I was only ONE person that LT helped at one point in a long day. Multiply that by the number of people who come into LT's store each hour, each day, each week, et cetera, and the impact of that kind soul is amazing.
