I love Wingstop as a whole and have always enjoyed the food, but I feel compelled to address a serious issue regarding the staff at this location.
It has come to my attention that the young woman who is usually working at the front counter appears to be one of the only employees who consistently demonstrates professionalism, good manners, and a strong work ethic. Unfortunately, my experiences with several other employees have been the complete opposite. Many of them come across as rude, disrespectful, and more focused on socializing than doing their jobs.
On multiple occasions, I have observed and overheard employees openly talking about and criticizing the light skinned girl who works at the front counter. The conversations often involved inappropriate topics and were completely unprofessional for a workplace environment. As a customer, it is uncomfortable to walk in for a meal and hear employees gossiping about a coworker instead of focusing on customer service and food preparation.
I also overheard the name of one employee, Dyon, who is the dark skinned girl with the peanut butter and jelly colored hair. Based on what I personally witnessed and heard, her conduct was among the most concerning. The behavior displayed was disrespectful, disruptive, and reflected poorly on the restaurant as a whole.
Customers should not have to worry about employees playing around in the kitchen, engaging in workplace drama, or creating an unprofessional atmosphere while preparing food. I believe management should thoroughly review the conduct of the staff and address these issues immediately to ensure a more respectful and professional environment for both employees and customers.
I am submitting this complaint because I genuinely enjoy Wingstop and would like to see this location uphold the standards and reputation of the brand.

Asked a worker named “Chyna” to repeat my order and she proceeded to have a attitude and get my order wrong.
This place is DISGUSTING and unprofessional to say the LEAST. May God help this establishment!!!! Workers are lazy too.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I walked in and waited for someone to greet me. I looked at every employee at that register or standing in the front, and no one acknowledged me for at least five minutes. Finally someone asked me, "Ordering or picking up?" I responded "Ordering." And that was it. Multiple employees walked from the back to the front and vice versa; no contact, no acknowledgment. I patiently waited about another five or so minutes and finally left. I couldn't believe it.

Placed an order online, it said it would be ready at 11:27, I got to the store and they told me our order was pushed back to get the walk ins out. So I waited and finally around 11:58 they give me my order and it’s messed up. Pushed back my order and still messed up. Thanks wingstop
