  I’m not sure if it’s new management or completely new staff but I’m impressed. My online order was actually ready on time. Greeted immediately and the gentleman was so nice and professional. Keep it up !!!

  While waiting in line to order, there were some people in front of me wanting to sample a new sauce. The long grey-haired lady at the front counter handed them a small cup with a sample of the sauce. She then proceeded to lick her fingers, wipe them on her shirt & ask if she could take my order!! 😳🤢🤮. I said, "Nope", did an about-face & walked out of the door. NEVER again. Not gonna Texas Roadhouse me!! I'm done.
