  Service was good. Young lady at register was professional. I ordered lemon pepper chicken wings and Hawaiian flavored wings. The lemon pepper chicken wings are usually my favorite. However, this time I found them to be very salty. I loved the Hawaiian wings. I had never had them before.

  The service is the slowest wing stop I've ever been to. A kitchen full of slow movers! The wings were mediocre at best. We waited entirely too long for the food.

  On July 21st around 7 pm I called in to make a pick up order. The first young lady answered and once I stated my business she said she had a line. She placed me on hold for 5 minutes. I hung up and called back to only get a second d young lady, who asked me for my Cashapp before hanging up. Once I arrived in the store, the attitudes and complete lack of professionalism only got worse. This is simply a lack of coaching though management can only do so much. It’s best to order online e and not deal with any of the personalities in the store.

  Had three orders of wings for a work lunch. The wet lemon pepper were dry, spicy korean q were too salty to eat. We placed an order in person it took over thirty minutes to receive the food. If they are understaffed please tell guests an estimated wait time before placing the order so that they could go elsewhere before spending money. There was also not a trashcan in the dining area so guests left their meal baskets etc on the table. Something has to change or please replace this restaurant with anything other than mexican or bbq which Douglasville does not need.
