  The customer agent Mac was very customer service friendly and very efficient. I liked how he took the time to make sure my multiple packages were all completed separately to ensure none were mixed up. I could tell he takes his job seriously and doesn’t like to make mistakes. Rare to find good service these days and I was much appreciative of his attentiveness to details.

  Chloe was so helpful and quick! I usually don’t have good experiences in UPS stores but I chose the right one. Chloe knew exactly what I needed and helped me get it taken care of in a matter of minutes. She was so sweet and kind, the kind of person you want in a position like that.   Mary is an excellent representative for the UPS store on Hospital drive in Douglasville Georgia. She is polite, courteous and efficient fulfilling her duties.
