  I prefer not to use the kiosk to scan my Amazon packages. But, the lady today told me they can only accept Amazon packages by using the kiosk. No thanks! I'll go to another location.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store in Douglasville thanks to Christian. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. Christian’s attention to detail and friendly attitude are a true asset to this location. I highly recommend the Douglasville UPS Store and encourage anyone who visits to ask for Christian. Great job!

  Went in for an Amazon return. I had 3 obvious returns. I waited on line for the counter, got to the counter and was told to go to the kiosk. I got in line for the kiosk and it was broke, nobody wanted to help, when I finally got help I was told to go back to the counter. I got back in line for the counter and the manager helped me. I told the manager about all the issues and she couldn't care less, just said that'show we do Amazon returns now, there's no sign about this and I've never had to do it that way but I guess I was just suppose to know! My time is just as valuable as yours and to not even apologize for all the confusion is crazy! If possible go somewhere else!!
