  Lmao this place was marked as “not too busy” at 3:30 on a Saturday because it’s closed for lunch. If you’re open at 9, a 3pm lunch is entirely too late based on labor laws. So either it’s not lunch and someone just wanted to start their weekend early or it is lunch, but they don’t care about their employees. Either way, seems like terrible business practices.

  I went here to pick up my order early, before the time mentioned in the confirmation email. Since I had a small order and needed to print a few other things, I planned to use the self-serve kiosk. A helpful young gentleman instructed me on how to use the printer to make things easier. When I mentioned I already had an order ready for pickup, he asked for my name and said, "I can get that for you right now, and it will be waiting for you once you finish printing." I found the interaction to be very pleasant and helpful, and I am very grateful for his great customer service!

  When I first walked into the store, the manager was NOT welcoming. I felt like I was an intrusion. It got a l smidgen better, teeny tiny, BUT he almost revered a man that walked in, so he KNOWS how to do better. He just didn't with me.
