  I have had the worst experience buying a new car and getting my old car replaced with the new one. I have spent several hours on the phone and multiple chat sessions due to my policy not being handled correctly. Also my rates have continued to increase. The “agent” said it was the commissioner. She never even mentioned that when I got a windshield replacement that it would hit me as a claim. 1,000$ claim in 2023 and they had me at 4,000$ A YEAR for auto. I only found out about the claim when I switched to progressive and it’s on my report. My home insurance has doubled with them also. New roof was told I need a certificate of completion to prove I had a new roof installed. Agent from Allstate had no idea what I was talking about. She said all I need is an invoice. Not what I was told here. At this point I just want to be done with Allstate. But since things weren’t handled correctly I’m still battling this fiasco. Unethical behavior is running this office based on my experience. Might want to find some other hands, these aren’t good…
