  I called to inquire on a part for pickup. The lady who answered the phone did not offer a greeting and seemed annoyed that she had to speak with a customer. The part I needed wasn't in-store, but she could get it in this afternoon. However, she would only let me place the order if I came in and paid first. Only then would she have it delivered to the store. This was for a $10 part, might I add. I called O'Reilly and they have the part arriving this afternoon without payment up front. If Advance doesn't want the business, don't even bother picking up the phone next time.

  I was in there yesterday on May 18th. I can take the motor and transmission out of a vehicle but can't seem to put the windshield wipers on. 😆 But the guy there was nice enough to help me. There was another lady there with him. And I wish every parts store had the customer service etiquette that this store did. Thank yall. 👍👊

  I came here today to purchase a car battery. Jon was quick to greet me and offer help when I walked in. He was patient with me as I inquired about the correct battery. Donnie was extremely helpful as well. He stepped in to assist with the installation. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for excellent customer service! It's appreciated.

  I had a bad experience at this place. I'm a frequent shopper at this store and today I went to recycle my used oil, as I do at any of their stores. And the manager forced me to take the empty containers with me, claiming that I couldn't throw them away in the trash at his establishment. I found this situation very uncomfortable. I do not recommend that you come and shop at this store

  Service was not on Par. Online orders and how there handled is suspect and not consumer friendly
