  Ordered two phones that were backordered and told we could get them Friday or Saturday. We went there at 10am Saturday when they opened and no one was there. Sat in the parking lot for an hour and twenty minutes and finally had to drive an hour to Waycross to get our phones from there... complete waste of time and gas that day. What a waste of a store. It needs new management and employees

  Awesome experience....The 2 ladies gave the best service around!!!Ive been coast to coast with cricket and visited numerous cricket stores,this one is no different,excellent staff,excellent service!!!
