  TERRIBLE people working here!!! I accidentally placed a mobile order at this location and when calling to cancel they told me it can only be canceled through the app which is 100% not true it can ONLY be done by the store. If you don't know how t do your job then just admit it. It's not the customers fault you're poorly trained.

  Order online for pickup because their prices inside are inflated. Online, a Subway club is $8.34 with tax. Inside it was $10.06. Just for a 6 inch sandwich.

  I go here many times, as I work very close to this restaurant and is the only Subway I can get too. Very very rude service. There is only one lady who is nice, but 9/10 you're gonna have a bad time. Deals on the app don't work, and that is because the particular owners are stingy. Subway had a promotion, every 4th footlong is free. I order my free sandwich (which was promoted by the damn company) and when I went to get it, one of the ladies gave me a hard time over it. Asking me things like "How is this possible?" And "You shouldn't be able to have this for free." It was appalling. My jaw literally hit the floor. I used to work in food service, for Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Little Ceasers, even Jersey Mike's! Not once did i give a customer a hard time over a PROMO. And even then! If an issue was had with their order, I had no problem giving free food. Who doesn't like free food!. This place is abysmal, and I HIGHLY recommend just driving a little further for the other Subway, if Subway is that important to you.
