    There is a disregard to orders with certain requests. Wing Stop gives you the option to cook your wings well done/crispy, but do not honor that request. The food is not consistent, the cook seems to have a bully type energy that does not give a darn about the customers. This location is questionable to say the least. Beware

    “Really disappointed with this experience at Wingstop. My wings came out cold, so I returned them expecting a proper replacement or solution. Instead, I was handed just two warm wings as if that would somehow make up for the entire order. Poor customer service and not the level of quality I expected. Definitely left unsatisfied.”

    I didn’t even come here myself at first — I DoorDashed my order. After realizing half my food was missing, we had to drive back to the restaurant because the order was missing two large fries, a five-piece corn, and sauces I paid for. When I called, I was told the bags were “full to the top,” so there was supposedly no way anything was missing, but clearly there was. I also asked if they could remake the 10 piece corn because there was no seasoning on the corn, not only that there was pieces of fries in it. But couldn’t remake for the inconvenience. Another couple was also complaining about their order taking a long time while we were there. I’m trying to be respectful because mistakes happen, but please double-check orders before sending them out and work on customer service communication. It’s frustrating having to waste extra time and gas because the order wasn’t checked properly. This isn’t the first time this has happened. We had to refund orders from this place last time we order.

    I came in to pick up and online order for my family, when I walked the young lady was on FaceTime with someone. She never greeted me , she asked me picking up placing, I said hello I’m picking up, she gave me my food and continued her phone call. So I went out the door on my way to my car, she proceeded to the parking lot with two cups asking me do I want my drinks, I was like ok yes I owed for them, she went inside yelling saying who the hell I think I’m talking to and went to the back. I tried to get drinks but it want no ice in the machine so I lefted. This happened around 7:30 . This is far by the worst experience I ever had in my life, they was outside smoking, on they phones and no customer service at all. And when I got home the food wasn’t god either, very disappointed in wing stop on how I was treated. Don’t go to this location!!!
