  Its hard finding food that my mom would eat. So tonight after my brother placed an order from this location I figured I would give it a try and order me and my mom something from there as well for dinner through DoorDash around 9:30pm. This location is less than 10 minutes away. Expected time to be delivered was 10:15. It kept saying that my Dasher was waiting on my order for like 30 minutes, over an hour goes by and I received a message from the Dasher saying that the person that works told them that they were the 6th person attempting to retrieve my food but because my food was stolen by someone prior to any of the dashers getting there they was NOT going to remake it food for them to bring to me. And this is the reason why I strongly dislike the area this location is in and the people they choose to hire. Because someone should have been able to control who they are giving people's food to or have it set up to where no one has access able to steal delivery orders. The way they let people hang outside or the employees that works there dont care Is beyond poor customer service. Just close early if the night shift associates are too lazy to pay attention and work. If not maybe a better night manager that controls the flow of it all.

  So I went in here last night with my boyfriend shortly after 10pm. When we walked in we were told that we needed to place our order online because they said that they were busy which we had no problem doing even though there were three people in the kitchen. When our food finally came out and I checked it I had to ask for more fry seasoning because the fry’s were bland, they gave us a open container full with no lid which was no big deal but as I was pouring it on the fries so we could throw the container away one of the young men in the kitchen tapped on the window telling us they were about to close mind you it was around 10:45 at this point. I responded that we were about to leave and that I was checking my food. He then continued on to say “well can you hurry up” as if the store didn’t have a few customers still in there waiting for their order.
