  The little girl that works the front counter on 8/15/26 night was completely unprofessional,rude and got mad every time she had to get off her phone in order to help customers which is her job a white customer came in and she totally ignored him I would never order from them again and tell everybody not to order from them either not to spend your hard-earned money to be disrespected by a little kid she needs to be fired.

  you have to order your food online atleast 5 hours in advance at this location for some reason. They close at 1am and i ordered my food at 11 and my dasher got there at 11:50 and the store is closed. This happens ALL the time. if you close at 11 or something UPDATE THE WEBSITE.

  Host Kaniyah was so kind in welcoming me in to the restaurant this afternoon, her good customer service skills made me feel welcomed to this location ! Hands down positive attitude!

  Put order in they charged card no food had to wait for refund thst having got this is by far worst wing stop on flat Shoals decatur Update 8/4/26 card has been charged after knowing they didnt provide a service now I got to go through bank customer service stay away from this location they fo bad service and buissness
