  The wings are gummy, and they're not done. And the fries are not done. I talk to you on the phone and explained everything to you. I spent a hundred dollars and you guys gave me trash won't be returning this was unacceptable

  My father placed a pick up order and I went to pick it up for us to take home for dinner. Immediately upon entering an employee asked if I was there to pickup and order and already somehow knew which order it was and he told me it would be out shortly. Online it said it would be ready in 10 minutes but it took closer to 25 minutes. I observed an employee placing to-go orders on the shelf and after a bit more waiting someone again asks which order I'm picking up and they grab it off the shelf to hand to me. At this point the order had been sitting there for 5-7 minutes... the employee knew I was there for this order but somehow there was zero communication between each other because it should have been handed to me immediately not sitting on the shelf for several minutes after I had already been waiting for 15-20 minutes. On top of this the wings in general were so tiny compared to many other times I've had Wingstop, additionally we we only had 9 lemon pepper wings when we ordered 10. Lastly, the fries were such a tiny portion compared to normal Wingstop fry portions which was very disappointing because it's normally a fairly large portion and on top of that they were barely even warm. Overall a very very disappointing experience and I will never be going to this location again. Sad that it just opened and is already not doing well.
