  I was having the most terrible time get an item returned back to Amazon. Kenan and Sarah step in with their superpowers and save the day! Very patient and kind and Super helpful! We need more people like them. Customer service was on point! 20 million stars!!!

  So, cre was the most pleasant and professional representative from ups that I have ever dealt with. She was completely competent and very knowledgeable of my personal situation. And she navigated me to the solution that did in fact resolve my issue. Give her a raise.

  This particular location is the best ups store I have been to because the staff here are so courteous, friendly and very, very helpful. Maisarah is super amazing and kind, i have met her twice or so and i can say she is very customer-centric. I met Tiffany today as well, who was also very professional and courteous. I think there is a general culture of kindness and professionalism in this particular store because i met a younger lady,whose name i didnt get, a couple of weeks ago,and she was very kind too. A huge thank you to the staff of UPS,church street; our packages were alot but you made the process seamless. Finally, just as we were leaving, a driver pulled up behind us but was kind enough to tell us and he was out in no time as he promised. I have been really 'wowed' today.
