  Since they have added this location I have truly appreciated it. I’m between 2 UPS locations that are similar in distance, but I mainly use this store for all of my Amazon returns. The staff is always helpful and has gotten me in and out quickly. Not often is there much of a line and if there is they do their best to get through it quickly.

  I recently received a letter from president Trump through email and I'm trying to have it printed out at this store.I called multiple times and no answer or call backs.I also sent an email with no response either.I don't know if they read my email and saw the letter I got from the president and if they are potentially discriminating against me.I understand that ups stores can be privately owned but this is still a federal entity due to the fact they handle mail.To me it seems like a lot of Atlanta has D.E.I. practices I will report this business to a higher if this problem persist.P.S. I'm BLACK myself.

  I had an 6 item Amazon return that was a little complicated for me because of how the items were processed on my end, but Olu went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to make sure I had all the correct return codes so I would receive all of my money back, and she carefully walked me through doing each item individually in the Amazon app. Even with a long line in the store at 9am, she remained polite, patient, and had such a great attitude the entire time. Excellent customer service like that really stands out, and I truly appreciated her help.
