  They don't understand quantities. I've ordered extra mayonnaise twice but it was only a little bit so my veggie sub was dry. Also unsanitary. One lady was making a sandwich when she turned her head and sneezed without covering her nose. Unlike the other lady, she wasn't wearing a mask. Gross.

  The guy has 0 interest in running the store. Forget about customer service, he doesn’t even open his mouth to ask what we need, will simply just stand there. Kept knocking on door at 9.30 but had 0 courtesy to come out and acknowledge that he is freaking running behind. Just came unlocked and went back without any response. There is another subway just 4 mins away, just go there.

  It is 9:54pm.... The guy locked the door as I approached. Smh... The customer service sucks... Won't visit this location again.

  The staff isn't very friendly and this Subway is stingy with meats and accessories they put very little on the sub . Other subways I have been too are not like this
