  I had a wonderful experience getting my passport renewal today! The store was very informative and helped me take a great photo by Rajan! Jaylee also helped while taking other customers at the same time! Thanks so much!

  This is my go-to location for my work related printing needs. They're usually process orders quickly and on time. They staff is nice and helpful as well.

  Lots of used books to be bought. They don't always have what you are looking for, but it is fun to browse and find new things. They also buy your used books.

  I have to agree with some of the comments talking about customer service. The energy in this place overall was low. I agree with no sense of urgency or pride in their work as someone else said. I was shipping an iPhone just to Brunswick Georgia. It ended up paying $56 out the door. First, I was charged over $14 for a box just for the box… and I didn’t realize the box was $14 and some change, until I looked at the screen to pay for it. I said does this include anything else she said no and she didn’t give me any type of options or information before she put my phone in this box. I ended up having to go to a different associate to actually ship the box. She asked the lady who charged me for the box if she charged me for the box. The lady said yes I went to look at the screen. It was asking me for $56 and I read it and saw that she was charging me again for the box. I said “I paid for the box already“ ..she yelled across the room and asked the girl who charged me for the box if I did or did not. The girl said she did pay for the box. This whole time I’m frustrated because I’m tired of thinking about how I paid almost $15 for that damn box without anyone telling me my options first or the price… I had the mind to take my phone out of the box and leave because I didn’t ask for that. She took the box off of the charges and said that I need to pay $32 which is the cheapest deal. So to send a phone to Brunswick Georgia four hours away through FedEx in a box that was three times the size of the cell phone is about $56. If you are going to use FedEx Pack, your own stuff go to the dollar tree and pack your own stuff. And just be ready for a little rudeness.. you might have a good run, but… mine was ehhh.
