  Came in to print 10 minutes before closing. All three of their kiosks failed to register my usb. No staff members offered to help instead making rounds letting us know they were closing. When I told an employee the usb wasn’t working he didn’t even respond. Skip this location

  This FedEx is AMAZING!!! Customer service is over the top. I was here for some printing and everyone was so friendly and helpful. I was able to figure out all of the issues with my design and print. I will be returning to print my wedding invitations! Cannot recommend them more for your printing needs.

  I was running late on my way to court and I needed some documents printed out as evidence. I was clearly stressed out and hurried. I was warmly greeted by Jaylee who took the time to calm me down. She also exhibited the patience of Job. (Bible reference) I was still receiving emails with documents that I needed. She helped at least three other customers while managing me and my situation. Long story short, I was late to court, but the documents she printed for me assisted me in getting my case dismissed. I am writing this review because Jaylee’s customer support and empathy are rarely found these days. I am so very grateful to her and parents because clearly she was raised right.   Jaylee did an amazing job helping me with some printing machines I had never used before. She did an amazing job, thank you. Such outstanding customer service needs to be rewarded. I mentioned this to the store manager but feel it needs to be memorialized here as well. Keep up the good hiring FedEx and the word will get around. Promote people like Jaylee fast so they stick with the company.
