  Monica is absolutely amazing.when I walked in she was displaying the best customer service ever seen in a long long while. You could tell the customer needed extra help, and she was so patient and passionate. And because I was only making a payment she offered to help us (myself and others) at the same time. She needs a raise. I hope you guys at Cricket is treating her good. And let her know that her customers absolutely love her.
