  They have posted they open at 10am, but there was a sign on the door when I arrived at 11:45am "back at 12:00". So waited and they didn't return until after 12:00 stating that they had to get lunch. My, my, my, just getting to work and already leaving for lunch. If I wasn't in an emergency need of a phone and had a big credit with Cricket, I would have just gone to another cell company. Sadly that is the closest location to me, but the next time I need service I will be traveling to a location. No telling how many customers came while they were gone. Even customer coming out of other stores around them and delivery drivers were shocked that they left just an hour after opening for lunch. Business just assume that people will do business with them.

  The customer service was outstanding. I went in looking for a certain thing and they were able to help me without attitude. And I loved it because the way my attitude set up. God knows what he was doing. But I must say they were outstanding Eric was amazing and also the store manager she was outstanding.
