  Mr. Mike at Advance Auto Parts Professional is always professional, helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure customers get the right parts and understand what they need. He did a great job helping us find exactly what we were looking for and took the time to answer our questions. His positive attitude and excellent customer service really stand out. We truly appreciate his patience, hard work, and dedication to helping customers. Mr. Mike is a great asset to the team and we will definitely be coming back!

  The Flat Shoals Parkway shop came to my rescue one stranded just 30 miles from the airport and a rental car with a flat tire. It took them maybe 10 minutes to put the spare on and they didn’t ask for a thing. Thank you so much, Curshawn and crew!!!

  Customer Representative had a poor attitude and I wasn't talking to her . Im talking to the white lady(lisa) with my order pull up . It was not need for you to be talking to me especially in that manner. You don’t want have good customer service get another job . She was a black lady with glasses to be specific.
