  Really nice workers, I've been going to this store for a while now and they have always helped me fix my issues on my camry. Especially their manager i think his name is teddy, really knowledgeable and has helped me a numerous amount of times with a smile

  Mack was extremely helpful and efficient. I came in needing a code read and someone was before me and he went above and beyond even for him and me. Grateful for his help!

  I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to Advance Auto Parts on 4/16/26 at 6:30pm. I came in to ask about checking the refrigerant in my car, expecting basic guidance or assistance. Instead, both employees seemed unsure and told me I needed to buy a machine, without explaining what kind or why. What was most frustrating is that no one asked for my vehicle information, offered to look anything up in the system, or even attempted to come outside and take a look. I was simply directed to a section of machines with no real explanation or support. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of knowledge or willingness to help find the correct information. This experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve had good experiences with Advance Auto Parts in the past, but this visit has made me reconsider returning to this location. Advance Auto Parts needs to hire knowledgeable workers who understand at least the basics and are willing to assist customers properly.
