  I've been coming to this advanced for the 3 years and the service has always been exceptional! All the workers here are efficient and attentive. James saw me walking up with my full oil pan, got the door for me and helped me with some other services! Always my go-to autoparts store.

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to James! I called ahead to see if they had the battery I needed, and he answered the phone quickly and took the time to check their inventory for me. When I arrived, James helped me right away with testing my battery and getting it replaced. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and easy. I really appreciate his great customer service and willingness to help. Thanks, James, for making what could have been a frustrating situation so simple!

  apparently the professionals in the store aren't professional enough to change the battery in my simple Chevy truck the computer screen says that it must be installed by a professional which tells me that advance Auto parts employees are not professionals and their hands are tied by some rule that I guess I don't understand you offer battery installation but with a caveat....... I was stuck I was stuck in the middle of Atlanta Georgia with no place nearby except for you and O'Reilly's Auto parts which provided no service as well...... you need to get your act together
