  Came here with battery issue on a Monday afternoon. The young gentleman that helped me was great. Ran battery tests, but ended up doing the easiest thing - cleaning the terminals. That was the solution. Was so thankful he took the time to help me.

  Chris helped me find my part. He took a picture of the part nd searched it in google and found the part. Best customer service and I will always come here first

  Cedric and Christopher was very helpful today. He save me from traveling 12 miles to a different store by canceling out the part and allowing me to pick up in the Covington Hwy. store that I came to. Thanks Cedric.

  Triston is new at this at this facility, some things were a little confusing for him, but he stayed the course and he did his best when he didn’t know something. He asked his coworkers and his manager. Christopher stepped in and I had a warranty on my battery so I was able to swap the battery out purchased an extended warranty on my new battery and I am a very happy girl thank you, Tristan and Christopher.
