  so usually this location is always understaffed and I understand that so I went ahead and did a mobile order instead of going in and ordering when I got there the girl was by herself. She had one eyelash that was white. That’s the only thing I remember I don’t remember her name, unfortunately, but she did not acknowledge us. When we walked in there. She was talking to her friends and the last thing that she said to them was when I leave, I’m rolling a fat joint. In front of all of the customers, she said this, and then we let her know we had a mobile order and she very rudely with an attitude said OK, well then it’s over here. She was extremely rude the entire time we said thank you have a great day and she said Yep I understand if you’re ever staffed I understand if it’s overwhelming, but you don’t treat people that way

  Terrible experience here. Myself and my friend (who are both people of color) came here to order a sandwich. For context, there was only one other person in the line. The young white woman who had blue hair was rude and immediately had an attitude with us. Upon telling her our order, she said ‘this is why I hate making people sandwiches while we’re busy’ and began to mock my voice while she turned around to do something else. Mind you, when we entered the store she was busy gossiping to another young man who works there, but as soon as we asked for service it was ‘busy’. At no point were we rude to this woman, but right off the bat she was rude with us. Do not order food from here.

  If I could give this place a 0, I would. I wasn’t even able to eat because the girl who attended me explicitly said, “This is why I don’t like making sandwiches,” assuming that I didn’t know what I wanted. She didn’t even have basic manners. What terrible service. I’m very disappointed with Subway, they seem to hire just anyone.

  Avoid at all cost!!!! There is a younger woman with red highlights that is rude to everyone, an old lady that has issues with portions, and a young guy that does amazing. If the young guy is there its great everything but if its red or granny, your night is shot. If the younger girl with red highlights is working then you have a 50/50 shot of getting a decent sandwich but will get a lot of attitude. If granny is there, your sandwich is going to be paper thin. If it is the young man that works there, you will get a great conversation and great sandwich. This is one of the worse locations I have ever been to and I used to travel the entire East coast for work. If the corporation, manager, or owner sees this, please reach out and I will be more then glad to give you a phone call.

  My boyfriend and I came here with a positive attitude, ready to enjoy some subway. I’ve came to this subway along time and i’m just very disappointed. The girl taking our orders (she didn’t have a name tag on, but she had red streaks in her hair) she was very rude and didn’t take what we wanted into consideration. She was rolling her eyes and talking to us with an attitude. I noticed her “boyfriend” or friend came in earlier and she was chatting with him rather than taking orders. I’m just very displeased with the customer service i received today.
