  I had a bearing go bad on my boat trailer and had to pull over on the side of 400. I unhooked the boat and headed to advance where Ben did an outstanding job getting me all the right parts (my outer bearing didn’t have any markings on it, so he researched it and figured it out!) Thanks to Ben for being an awesome helper and Advance for keeping the bearings, racers, and gasket in stock and ready to go. It literally saved our family vacation and turned a horrible situation into a very minor setback!

  Let me just say WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! I came with an issue with my van and Alex was an angel. Helped me fix it and was AMAZING!! He's always so sweet when I come in and helps me with any problem. The staff is incredible and I go there for anything I may need for my van. Truly the best experiences there and saves me so much time and money. I love it!! BEST PLACE!!! ❤️❤️❤️ my van is super important to me and I take care of it as best as I can, and the staff there care just as much, especially Alex.

  Called store on Saturday to check on part. Was told was in stock. Drove to store Dawsonville. Was told computer was incorrect couldn't find part in store. Went ahead and paid for the two camber bolts, as they would be in next morning after being brought in overnight. 9:00 am next morning was told weren't shipped and they would be there at 11:30. Called store at noon 4 times before getting answer and was greeted by the rudest gentleman named Colin who told me parts now would be 1:30 because they just didn't have anybody to bring them an I just needed to be patient. I had a time frame on this repair. Colin needs re-training on customer service skills or needs a different line of work. To top it off I went to store to have them issue refund on these pre-ordered parts that didn't arrive and they told me system had a glitch and I would have to come back later for refund credit. Robert was the only one in store that cared and apologized. I will be getting a refund on these parts but I won't be returning to this store in Dawsonville Ga.
