I order on the app 30+ minutes before I get here and it’s never ready. The line is wrapping around and yall have ONE person working the dinner rush by herself! How is she supposed to serve the line and do mobile orders by herself? There’s multiple mobile orders here who are upset with me that we now have to wait in line and order. On top of the fact that it’s obviously taking a long time considering she’s all by herself. This is ridiculous to expect one person to run an entire restaurant solo and it’s ridiculous for us to have to be late bc there’s never enough staff. Two people have already left because of the wait. And I will also not be coming back until the staffing issue is fixed.

We placed and ordered for ten sandwiches and it was supposed to be ready at 2:40 the worker did not start the order until we got here and told her the name on the order then got aggravated once we told her there was 2 more sandwiches we need to order because the app won’t let us do more then ten and it took her 10 minutes to make the girls in front of us order of 2 foot longs this is absolutely ridiculous

super disappointed. I live 2 minutes away so I frequent this location. not anymore :( they had only one employee scheduled & were completely out of every topping besides tomatoes & onions. I did an online order so there was no way to get my money back. I feel so bad for the employee. So many people were getting upset with them. I hope the manager does better in the future
