Not a happy customer of this store. 3 months ago I overnighted a package and paid lots of money for it to be there the next day. Needless to say it didn't arrive in a timely manner. I filed on the phone with customer service with in days and after 30 days I went to the store to check on my refund. They knew nothing about it so the store manager was to take care of it. After 60 days I have had one email from her and I've been to the store twice to check on it. Left my number for a call back each time with no response.

Would be a lot better if the store were open during advertised hours. Online says Sunday 11-4, the sign in the window says Sunday 11-4. It's 12:30 and the doors are locked. Wasted time and money driving across town for nothing. I met at least half a dozen other upset customers trying to drop off.

supposed to be open till 6:30. Drive all the way across town to see a sign on the door that they closed at 5:30
