  I tried to call this location forover an hour to verify their was going to be a notary on site. After receiving no answer I go in and wait in line for over 30 minutes only to be told the notary leaves at 2pm, which was 30 minutes before I got to the counter. So maybe they shouldn't allow the 2nd employee to leave when the line is a 30-45 minute wait per customer

  Drove across town and arrived to this location at 1:30 on Sunday 8/16. There hours on the window as well as their google listing has Sunday open from 11-4. Doors were locked upon arrival/ no signage stating employees are gone to lunch ( if that’s the case).

  If I could give a zero or a negative 100, I would. I have been trying to get a package delivered to me for my birthday since July 24th. It is now August 15th. My 1st package was returned to sender after driver claims they tried to deliver it 3 times. I work from home and I also have 2 indoor dogs that would let me know if anyone comes in the yard or knocks at the door. My package was returned (I paid $30 to get it shipped plus $8 packing fees). I has to reorder my package from the sender again (they were kind enough to reimburse me for the shipping cost, BUT NOT UPS OH NO!!!). 2ND PACKAGE SHIPS ONCE AGAIN DELIVERY DRIVER SAYS TRIED TO DELIVER BUT NOT AT HOME!!!! YES I WAS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. DELIVERS ARE INCOMPETENT. I NEVER HAVE ANY ISSUE WITH FEDEX!!!!

  I am here now and there is one person working behind the counter and she has gone to ask some one for help. There are 10 people waiting in line. This is unacceptable!!!Hire more employees!!!!!

  Not a happy customer of this store. 3 months ago I overnighted a package and paid lots of money for it to be there the next day. Needless to say it didn't arrive in a timely manner. I filed on the phone with customer service with in days and after 30 days I went to the store to check on my refund. They knew nothing about it so the store manager was to take care of it. After 60 days I have had one email from her and I've been to the store twice to check on it. Left my number for a call back each time with no response.
