  Went here for my lunch break I usually go to walnut ave and I really regret not going to walnut subway! The lettuce was brown I mean soggy and brown and I ask for fresh lettuce as they advertise eat fresh! She said it’s fresh it’s just brown lol! So I just said okay and got spinach instead she then proceeded to tell me there no difference between lettuce and spinach like u got spinach didn’t u! Just very rude and short and then I asked for meal of the day and after I paid she said u didn’t pay for a drink I said I asked you for the meal of the day and u said it’s Black Forest ham so it comes with a drink she say what ever just take it! Then as I walked out I told my buddy this the last time I come here she yell what did u say? Like she going to really be able to do something lol I turned the corner gave the meal to a homeless man and went to get a little Cesar pizza instead! That manager is going to run that place into the ground

  I feel bad for the employees that work here, came in to get me a sandwich and there was a guy yelling at one of the employees for not being clocked in when she was in the restaurant. she calmly informed the man that she wasn’t allowed to help with sandwiches as she wasn’t clocked in. she stated that she wasn’t allowed to unless it got super busy in which it wasn’t it was on him, one other person and me. the poor girl was trying to explain to him and he kept pushing and pushing mumbling under his breath and talking bad about her when she walked off. no employee should be treated like this.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The service here is absolutely horrific. Whoever the girl with the blue hair is needs to be fired.

  Pulled up to subway. The man was Outside smoking then came inside didn't even wash his hands at all. Said he Didn't even have sauces and was completely out..and couldn't even toast my sandwich 2 weeks ago when I went 45 minutes before they closed didn't tell me the oven was off until after half my sandwich was made come to find out he was shutting it down for the night didnt know it took the oven an hour to shutoff pure disappointment used to be my go to subway what a shame!!
