The worker did not wash hands after touching food, the floor, her phone and phone was on prep table. Long leg length hair was not in a hairnet or tied back. Long fake nails not in gloves or washing hands. Took is 25 minutes to get our food after ordering.
I keep trying to give this place a shot because of birdies closing down but they never fail to disappoint. Our orders are constantly wrong and they are so unprofessional.
We had an issue where we didn’t receive some of our order and when we called the person who answered the phone was laughing with the staff at myself and my husband when she were telling them the things wrong with our order. They were extremely unprofessional and told us they couldn’t offer a refund for our missing items and we just needed to come back and get it. Blame was also pushed on us because my husband didn’t grab the drink cups (he wasn’t the one who place the order I was) this place is way to expensive to be this unprofessional.
There’s also been several times where we have atfempted to call in orders and they have refused to take the order over the phone saying we have to order through the app or in person. Again extremely unprofessional.
This location should shut down and we should bring back birdies.
I’m convinced Wingstop has a hiring strategy that involves asking, “Who can care the least?” and then promoting them.
Ordered a simple meal—wings, drink, celery and carrots. Apparently, at this location, those last three items are part of a scavenger hunt. When I asked about my missing drink and sides, I was told I was “posed to axe for it.” Good to know the menu is more of a suggestion than an actual order.
At this point, the only thing consistent about this place is the disappointment. It’s honestly a shame that the local spot, Birdies, closed down—because compared to this Wingstop, they were running a five-star operation without even trying.
If you enjoy incomplete orders, confusing customer service, and a side of attitude, this is your place. Otherwise, you might want to “axe” yourself why you’re going here in the first place.

There is never enough sauce on the wings. They are basically dry each time I order here. There is never seasoning on the fries. The corn is good. But I think it's just this location. The one is Hiram has a little bit better food. I ordered 10 wings bbq and they should be almost dripping in sauce...these ones are dry/naked.
I’ve given this place multiple chances, and every single visit has been a failure. Orders are consistently wrong to the point where customers are lined up at the counter opening bags just to make sure they actually got what they paid for. That alone should tell you everything.
What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. When mistakes are pointed out, you’re met with a teenage attitude instead of resolution. It’s not just poor service it’s a culture of not caring.
And if you’re hoping management steps in, don’t. I was literally told, “we can only hire high school kids, so I’m doing the best I can.” That’s not an explanation that’s an admission that standards don’t exist here.
At the prices being charged, there is absolutely no excuse for this level of disorganization and disregard for customers. If ownership doesn’t step in and take control, this place is heading straight for a “For Lease” sign.
Save your time, money, and frustration go support a local restaurant that actually values its customers.
