  I use this location for all of my family’s shipping needs and returns, specifically Amazon returns. It’s rare that return an item in a closed box, but I do on occasion. It was my fault for not paying better attention to the details for one of my two returns. I took an open box, small, into the store this morning and was told it’s $4.99 to purchase their tape to close my box or $2.50 for them to close it with their tape. I went home and closed it with my tape and took it back to the store. This time my return was accepted. Here’s my issue…This morning I chose to give your business two returns. Your business profited off of each QR code. Was it really necessary to nickel and dime me for tape!?!? Let’s just say a whopping 12” would have been needed…max. How much did you truly lose? A lot more. Now I’ll take my returns to a different location and give them my business, write a Google review and also talk about my experience at your location.

  The people are usually helpful, patient, and nice. 2 times now, I have come close to closing and they closed early. 1st time, I didnt realize they closed at 630p, and took longer to gather my things and walked to the door right at 630p and it was locked in my face. I told them I had medicine to ship and it was important, but they didnt care. 2nd time, I parked at 627p, walked up at 628p and the door was locked. I knocked and the guy opened it and said his system said it was after 630p. I showed him my phone, and by this point it was 629p and he still said no, he already shut down and couldn't even do a Amazon return with 1 quick scan. I come towards the end due to my work hours and have seen them do this to many other customers as I am leaving. They need to adjust the hours to reflect what time their employees are closing up early

  Service was good, I didn’t have to wait long & the employee gave me advice on which shipping envelope to use. I really appreciate that.

  I tried to send a certified letter before Christmas and they were out of the slips. I went back the next week and they were still out of the slips. Now two weeks later, I go in to send my certified letter and they still don’t have the slips. If you are going to offer the service, have it available. I understand that you run out but you can’t get the slips back in four weeks time. This was my third attempt. I won’t be coming back.
