  VERYYYYYYYYY STINGYYYYYYY I DON’T LIKE HOW THEY MAKE YOUR SANDWICHES OR PROTEIN BOWLS THEY ARE EXTREMELY STINGY WITH THE FOOD. IT’S RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE GONNA PAY $12!!!

  if i could give 0 stars i would. i cannot stand this location. they are super stingy with their toppings and argue with you about everything! i put in a mobile order at 5:19PM and schedule it out to pick up at 5:35PM so it was fresh. when i arrived, the sandwich (which was supposed to be toasted) was cold, so i went back in and asked them to toast it. the woman was immediately argumentative, saying its cold because i was late. i showed her the receipt where i put 5:35 pick up and the time, which was 5:36. she heated my sandwich up WITH the cold toppings on (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) and handed it back off with an attitude. i will never come here again.

  One of the worse subways in Dallas . Very expensive , don’t take coupons , barely give you any toppings, meat taste & look old …. The workers are not from the US and don’t have any customer service experience can’t even speak English and they are very rude . Customer satisfaction is not a top priority of this location . Please don’t spend your money here

  needs better customer service. Was not greeted worker moved slow and when I told him I did not want my drink in the bag instead of handing me the drink he proceeds to sit it on the counter. If I could leave a 0 star I would!

  They are very stingy with toppings. If I can't get the sandwich fixed like I want it I'll just have to visit a different location. It's unfortunate because this one was my favorite but I believe there are different owners. You won't get your sandwich like you want here.
