The guy with the darker skin.... told him I'll build my own sub and he proceeded to give me the sub of the day and got upset when I told him I cant have red sauce. Then after I paid for my meal I noticed a swarm of gnats by the soda fountain. I wont come back to this location

The guy that always has a Pink Floyd hat on and a red-ish beard has a major attitude problem. I’m not sure if it just towards women or what, but when I went in there to get a few sandwiches he spoke to me like I was three years old and was rolling his eyes every time he spoke to me. I’ll never go back if he’s working there, point blank period. He’s worked there for years and every year he gets more rude and hateful towards people. I hope he knows that he has free will to get another job if he hates that one so much.
The girl who started our order left halfway thru making our sandwiches and had the guy who’s first day take over. The bar of ingredients were really messy and the food was cross contaminated. Also they used the same knife to cut multiple sandwiches and didn’t clean it in between and they were out of half of the ingredients of toppings. Not super impressed will take my business to another location even though I live 5 minutes away.

Kady is wonderful and the absolute sweetest worker! She was incredibly kind, patient, and handled everything with such a positive attitude.
However, my experience with another employee wasn’t the same. I came in last night and there was a tall red-headed guy working. When we started ordering our sandwiches, we told him what sandwiches we wanted but forgot to mention the bread type. He responded with a pretty noticeable attitude, saying “okay” in a rude tone.
Later, another customer came up to ask Kady a question. She turned to him to ask something work-related and he immediately gave her attitude again. Kady handled it very professionally and just continued helping the customer.
When we got to checkout with Kady, the register was having a malfunction. She asked him for help and he again responded with frustration and attitude, saying something was too close to the scanner. When it continued not to work and she asked again, he got even more frustrated and made another comment about her needing to know how to fix it.
Despite the lack of teamwork and professionalism from him, Kady handled the situation extremely well and remained kind and professional the entire time. She deserves recognition for how she treated both customers and coworkers.
Other than that experience, the food was great!
