  the manager “dona” was SO incredibly hateful, she was screaming at me (a 20 year old girl) because SHE messed up my order. i can’t even believe the things she was saying to me. i have never been more disrespected in my life. while she remade my sandwich she was throwing toppings on it because she was mad. and on top of that my food was nasty. she needs to be fired immediately because this is no way to talk to people especially in a work place. i am extremely disappointed!!

  Went to get a sandwich deal, have been going for months, have had no previous problems. Customized sandwich after telling sandwich artist I wanted to do the 5.99 deal. Got all the way to the register and she charges me full price. I ask why, and she says because I changed the sauce (not anything else), I had to pay full price- 6$ more than the deal. It would’ve taken her two seconds to tell me that changing just the sauce would impact the price I paid, but she didn’t. I don’t believe in food waste so I bought the sandwich anyway, but there’s obviously lack of training occurring at this location.
