  Went to make a UPS return and it was a nitemare! Have never had an issue before. It was going to cost $2.40 as they had to print a paper after I did a multistep process on my phone… they kept telling me “you need to do this , you need to this. Please note I am almost 70 and my fingers are numb due to a medical complications. I gave up and took the return home I was surprised that Amazon will mail me the form for $1.00 ! No embarrassment of being in the store being to what I am doing wrong in front of other customers and I saved money!

  Outstanding customer service friendly, very helpful in my returns and explaining the changes with Amazon’s and their return policy 110% would recommend the store for it above and beyond willingness to help the customer
