  I've gone here many times and each time there wasn't the best experience but I'm not one to care that much. However this go around I go in planning to return a package that didn't give me any form of QR code on the return label as I am letting the person helping me know that, the main person that I've always seen here comes over says "Are you paying for shipping?" with a annoyed tone I don't even get to reply before cutting off "No QR code no return" then contuines to toss it on the table top and walk away. Have some respect I didn't even get to say a word to explain the situation. Will be taking my business else where.

  Everyone here friendly and helpful. A bottle in one of my packages broke and spilled due to me not packing it correctly , and the staff cleaned it up without any hassle and were nice about it.
