    Janiyah and Allana provided the best customer service! I had mistakenly placed a sub platter order with Publix for 7 pm but on the wrong day. Publix couldn't fulfill the order at the last minute. However, when I came and asked these ladies to make a similar order without any prior notice, they happily did it. They had the best attitudes and truly saved the day. I made it to my event on time with what I needed. It is so rare to encounter young people with such great customer service these days, so they truly deserve praise!!!

    I came in to pick up an Uber order. I watched the short black girl yelling at an older lady. She had given the lady the wrong order numerous times the lady stated. Employees should not talk to customers the way she talked to the lady. Yes the lady was frustrated but the employee kept laughing at her and disrespecting her. I had an order that was sent 45 minutes ago. The order was never made when I arrived at the restaurant. I had to wait until all customers who came in after me to even get my order processed. Ive been in this subway many times. Its the same issue everytime. You hire these young girls who spend to much time socializing with the other young customers their age. Last time I picked up an order the same black employee was busy talking to her friends who were in the restaurant. I agreed with the older lady. You need to hire people who are respectful and do their job. It shows what type of management is running this restaurant.

    Two of the three employees working on Sunday were extremely loud and unprofessional. They were singing, dancing, shouting across the store, and not even wearing proper hats/uniforms while customers were present. The atmosphere felt chaotic and uncomfortable rather than welcoming. On top of that, the drinks were poorly made and lacked consistency, and the overall cleanliness and management of the store seemed neglected. It honestly felt far below the standard I would expect from this brand. This experience was disappointing enough that I am considering contacting corporate directly.

    The teenage girl at the counter said, “We don’t take those” referring to my $100 dollar bill. I asked why, her response, “I don’t know we just don’t.” No signs saying such, not anywhere. Glad I happen to have a credit card.
