  the food quality has gone down DRASTICALLY as of the past few months. multiple times ive gotten cold, soggy subs. i never get it to go, i order in store & eat in store. i also get it toasted 2-3 times, so there is no reason for it to be cold & soggy. a few nights ago i went in, got a barely warm sub & my partner had a sub smothered in mayonnaise. an older lady came in, she had ordered online, she waited about 20 minutes (maybe more) for her food bc the employees were taking care of everyone else that walked in after her. they had their friends there so they were cutting up & laughing, barely working at one point. we left at 9:38 as we were leaving, a family came in & the employees told them "we're closed." a couple came in after & they were told the same. since when do they close 20 minutes before closing time? that's absolutely horrible business. this is the place for you, if you want loud employees cutting up while you eat a cold sub, just make sure you get there at least 30 minutes before they close. needless to say, me & my family wont be returning.

  It was definitely a step up from the average experience nowadays, Allana and Khati were very friendly , and seemed to be happy, which is hard to find these days, usually you get an attitude wherever you go! 10/10 would recommend and will be back
