  6/14 Sunday… came here because Guthries down the street has closed. New franchise. Very strong paint or chemical smell. They were busy preparing food mostly for to-go orders. Nobody was dining in. Took a while to get employee to take order. Reasonably polite but, not real friendly. (They were busy). Food was ready in about 10 minutes. Was pretty good. Good Value.

  Busy on a Sunday at lunch, but the two men working inside were really busting it to get the orders out. It’s always appreciated to see people working hard.

  Not a bad wait, wings were done right. Need some more deserts. Banana pudding, Red Velvet something and Apple something.

  I am a loyal Wingstop customer, we order online every Thursday it's our ritual. I love the food, but I will NEVER order online again. 75% of the time they do not deliver my complete order. They have failed to deliver ranch sauce at least 4 times and have not delivered fries and celery more than once. I never complain or call except for tonight, I was upset and when i called I was given the brush off, I waited on hold for 15 mins then tried to call again and nobody picked up the phone. It is unfortunate because I have spent money for these items and have not gotten what I have paid for.

  I come to this store regularly, but today was ridiculous. When I walked in, there was nobody at the register and everyone was in the back just chatting. The cook had to take my order BEFORE I was even charged. I stood there waiting about 4 minutes just for someone to come up and do their job. Then finally this girl comes up with a whole attitude, and this big back with braids and a cross tattoo on her neck too. One of them takes my order, again with attitude. They FINISH my food and I STILL haven’t even paid. Then when they open the register, it only has $1 bills. Instead of handling it normally, she starts yelling to the manager asking why there are only ones and who did that, like that’s something customers need to hear. Then she takes her time counting every single $1 bill before giving me my change. This place is a mess. Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and terrible customer service. I only come here because it’s the only Wingstop near my house, but this was honestly too much. Do better.
