  I had ordered a pickup order at 6:15 this evening. Got caught up in traffic after picking my son up from football and had one customer in front of me once I got there. The worker at the counter completely ignored me after she finished her conversation with the previous customer, pulled out her phone, and started scrolling as she walked towards the kitchen area. I gave her five minutes as she may have had an important text coming through but she never acknowledged me being in the restaurant to pick up my order. I then had to speak up to the four employees I could see working (none which even said a word to me since I had been there) for my order and she then put her phone down and handed me my carry out that had sitting already prepared on the shelf for 20+ minutes. Absolutely horrible customer service and I will not give any WingStop location my business in the future. Please train your front end workers better.

  I’ve never had a problem with this location until now. As soon I had gotten home I noticed that I was missing an order of wings. The manager should have paid more attention to bagging the food and paying attention to the screen and actually working instead of walking around and being on his damm phone
