  On 18 Aug, I visited the UPS Store located at 505 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming GA to get fingerprinted. Luckily, Sandy took the time to assist me with the process as two of my fingers would not produce acceptable prints. Only through Sandy's technical expertise, superb customer care and being the fantastic employee that she is was I able to complete the process. If it were not for Sandy, I likely would have become frustrated and left. The world needs more people like Sandy !!!

  ​My child accidentally wandered past the barrier into the staff area behind the billing counter. Instead of politely directing her back, the staff member on duty rudely and used his leg to aggressively block her path. His sudden movement almost caused her to trip. This is really bad to experience at UPS store.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I brought important court documents to this location to have them notarized and then shipped overnight to the court. I paid almost $100 for overnight shipping because these documents were time-sensitive. Unfortunately, the notarization was completed incorrectly, and as a result, the court rejected my documents. I now have to redo the paperwork and send everything to the court again because of an error made during the notarization at this store. When I returned to explain what happened, they agreed to redo the notarization at no charge—which I would expect since it was their mistake. However, they are refusing to cover the cost of reshipping the corrected documents. I am now being asked to pay another $97 to overnight the exact same documents. Their explanation is simply that “the shipping portion was correct.” While the original package may have been delivered correctly, I would not need to ship these documents a second time if the notarization had been completed correctly in the first place. I understand that mistakes happen. What is frustrating is the lack of accountability when a mistake causes a customer a significant additional expense. I paid for both the notarization and overnight shipping expecting my documents to be handled properly. Instead, I’m being asked to absorb nearly another $100 in shipping costs to correct an error that was not mine. For something as important and time-sensitive as court documents, this experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this location for notarization of important legal documents.

  Shoutout to rockstar employee and all-around good human, William. Suffice it to say I had a VERY time-sensitive overnight drop off. Only because of him, my husband was able to complete the drop off. William was kind and courteous on the phone even when I called multiple times begging him to wait for my husband’s arrival. Mind you, this was a minute past closing time. William was under no obligation to keep a register open, but he did. THANK YOU WILLIAM!
