  There is a employee named Will who helped me with several returns, and he was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of packages to return, but he was incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He was polite, professional, and made everything so easy and stress-free. He never rushed me and answered all my questions with a smile. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Thanks will.

  Do not go here under any circumstances for a notary. They have a another fee that should not be on here. No other store charges. It is $2 for a notary fee everywhere else. Except for at this store it is a $3 additional "document prep fee" even though they do any preparation whatsoever for documents. I brought the paper in all I did was sign it in front of him. He stamped it and charged me $5 instead of the regular $2. Avoid the store at all costs as they are extremely dishonest and add unauthorized fees to standard government-regulated services." Which I am reporting to the proper authorities.

  I always have great experiences at the UPS Store at 2300 Bethelview. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every time I visit, they take care of my needs quickly and efficiently without any hassle. It’s clear they value both customer service and time, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend this location if you want a smooth, stress-free experience!
