  I would give negative 10 if I could, This store closed my paid for POBox and gave it to someone else prior to my term could get over, without any notice or consent. When my renewal email notice didn't arrive as expected, I reached out to the store only to find out that they had done the above mentioned. Since then we have tried multiple ways to contact the manage, called, physically went to the store and asked for her more than three to four times left our phone number for a call back, of course all to no avail. Finally I confronted an employee and told her everything she gets on a call with the manager, while I am still there. The manager first mentions my company by the wrong name and says that my partner personally told her to close the P O Box. My partner has never been to that store accept for when we went to inquire about why was our renewal invoice for the P O Box not emailed to us. A total blatant lie, and mind it she says that he told her this orally. Which UPS store accepts oral closure of P O Box without a written notice and doesn't ask for keys back (I still have the keys to that locker). So 3 months of hassle and a bunch of return mail and small business issues. All because of an error, I would have accepted the error, but a blatant lie, that's just too much. Plus we come to know that they are personal small business so UPS can't do much about it but guess what "Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division" does work for the consumer! We'll see what happens to our filed complaint. Hopefully they will learn a lesson at the least

  I came in at 8:15 on a Wednesday morning on April 15th. Did not catch her name, but she was kind helpful and efficient. Really appreciate the customer service!

  I have used this USP store frequently over the past four years and have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful. Thanks for being there for us!

  I’ve been a customer at this location for over 19 years. They’ve always given me exactly what I’m paying for, so I’ve consistently received good value. Barb has always been one of the most friendly, cheerful, and positive people I’ve seen at any place, but especially here. This is especially true on the tougher days, when equipment is failing or she’s there by herself. On those days, she just laughs it off, keeps smiling, and takes care of customers. Everyone at this location has always been respectful and polite to me. Often times they go above and beyond! Just as a basis, I usually visit them multiple times per month for shipping. I don’t usually need their printing services, but we’ve used some of their other services too. They have always completed a good job.
