  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at The UPS Store in Cumming. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were patient with my questions and made everything easy and stress-free. The service was quick, and I really appreciated how welcoming and courteous everyone was. I definitely recommend this location for shipping, returns, and other services. Great customer service! 😊

  Stopped yesterday to get a document notarized, at 4 PM was told by clerk that they were too backed up with packages and won’t be notarizing any documents for the rest of the day. Returned today, stood in line, at 5:03 was told my the same clerk that they stop notarizing documents at 5 pm and that there was nothing he could do. I thanked him and left, now not sure what exactly did I thank him for? Good bye customer support. Maybe the owner can give me one good reason I should return here?

  This UPS won’t let you down ! Was in and out of there in a timely manner and the service was beyond excellent. Will be making this my go to for future endeavors.

  If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I stopped by to drop off package that was already boxed but needed a receipt. There was only one customer being helped when I arrived, so I stood next in line. A young employee came to the front, looked directly at me, and instead of acknowledging me or asking who was next, he ignored me and motioned to a woman who was walking in behind me after I had been standing in line. He directed her to the supply wall, and once she walked away, I stepped up with my package. He looked confused and then said, "I'm helping her." At that point, she wasn't even at the counter, so he could have easily helped me. It was clear he simply didn't want to. I told him that I had been next in line and that he had seen me standing there. His response was, "Umm... I don't know." There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to correct the situation. I even suggested that if he wasn't sure who was next, he could simply ask "who's next in line." Instead, he seemed completely unbothered. Thankfully, another employee with long black hair overheard the conversation, immediately stepped in, taped my box, processed my package, and apologized for the experience. He provided the level of customer service I should have received from the beginning. I am thankful to this employee. To the owners of this store; after reading other reviews from other patrons, I noticed a consistent pattern of complaints about poor customer service - no wonder your rating is 3.0 (poor). Unfortunately, my experience confirms those concerns. Employees represent your business, and the young employee I encountered clearly needs customer service training—or should be moved to a role that doesn't involve interacting with customers. There are several UPS Stores in the area, and this was my last visit to this location. I'd rather drive farther for respectful, professional service than return here. If you're considering this UPS Store near the Bethelview Road/Castleberry Publix shopping center in Cumming, I'd recommend choosing another location.
