I was disappointed with my experience at this location. I came in with a valid Subway buy-one-get-one-free coupon, but the owner refused to honor it. The interaction felt unfriendly, and there was little effort made to explain why the promotion wasn’t being accepted. Promotions are a big reason customers choose to visit, so tell me why they didn’t accept A SUBWAY coupon it was frustrating to leave without being able to use an advertised offer. I hope management can improve customer service and be clearer about which coupons are accepted.

I placed an online order using rewards points and a coupon, but the entire experience was extremely frustrating. The order was made incorrectly, and when I went back to the store expecting a simple fix, the staff refused to help, threw away the food, and told me to cancel the order instead.
I ended up leaving the store without any food, replacement, or proper resolution. The staff were rude and dismissive throughout the interaction.
What’s even more disappointing is that this is not the first bad experience I’ve had with online orders at this location. I ignored the previous one, but after this happened again, I felt it needed to be addressed.
To make matters worse, I still have not received any response from Subway customer support or any refund for the order.

I live in Birmingham, Alabama and someone in this fine city of cumming Georgia hacked my wife's subway app and used her debit card to order their lunch. All American club toasted with American cheese, a fruit punch Gatorade and some salt and vinegar chips. Order number 70330E78-5C. Its been disputed with our bank. They also changed the first name to Josh. Whoever Josh in Cumming Ga is .... count your days!
They don’t put any meat on the subs. Fairly sure they are not putting the appropriate portions to cut cost. Other reviewers complain of the same problem. I would go to the other 5 in Cumming. The one off of 20 Hwy is 100 times better. We only went here because they were out of stock of our Fabio items. I see why this store always has stock because they short you on everything.

Horrible place and cheats ! They are making money by cutting down ingredients . I paid for extra protein and added tip on an online order. They made sure to deliver with minimum ingredients, no cheese , barely any chicken or veggies. I called them but they claimed to follow instructions and had no answer for missing basic ingredients. Horrible way to make money at the expense of spoiling dinner for the family. Never going back to any subway..
