  I was getting my spark plugs changed at Tires Plus and they told me it would be a two hour job. Four hours later, I'm still sitting here waiting in their lobby. Turns out that Tires Plus ordered the plugs from this store and this store dropped the ball and never delivered them. Sure, Tires Plus should have realized something was wrong after three hours with no delivery but here I am the one sitting here for over four hours now.

  my experience here was great! i was assisted by an amazing man named Bob! he assisted me with finding the tools I needed with efficiency and he was very proud to help & explain how I would use the tool that I had just purchased! I was fixing my tired in the parking lot, and he let me use a pair of the store pliers to remove a nail from my tire! he then guided me through how to fix my tire using the tool. my tire is now fixed thanks to Bob! Bob and his assistance has given me a lifelong skill ! that I can pass onto my children and others! Thanks BOB!!

  went in asked for my part. counter clerk simply pointed where on the shelf it was. could not find it. asked him to help find it. "It's there!" Ckerk does not move. I walk out - WITHOUT PART.
