Terrible experience. Spent $100, stood waiting for an hour watching people come in after and leave before, and when I got home there were items missing and most didn't have sauce on them.
Sent in a complaint to try and address the issue and they wouldn't do anything. The manager said he would send a credit back for the missing items and never did. But the wings being plain was the worst part.

I tried numerous of times to place an online order to no avail. Called the store young lady took order over the phone and allowed me to use the deal. Appreciate it. Then said if you do survey you get a large fry. I said ok. Get to store no fries. Oh you have to do the survey. I still want my fries and will pay for them. So now I’m doing a review. I stood up front for about 10 minutes before someone came up for me to pay for order. Then she wants to speak on a survey for fries. This is the second time at this location. First time they left out my ranch. Just bad service all around at this location!!! Now I have to wait for fries that I originally asked for bump the survey. Bad service! I love the location in Conyers and off of Buford highway. This location bad service.

Customer service is ridiculous! I was missing three fries and they tried to tell me I took it out the bag? Mind you I didn’t even walk out the restaurant. It was a to go order. I had to get my phone from the car to prove my order and they were giving me lip, being all disrespectful. Ridiculous! Then had the nerve to laugh in my face that I was missing my fries? Mmh.
