  I contacted this store around 11:00 AM this morning because I needed some business printing completed on a fairly tight timeline. I was looking for single-sided “rack cards,” which are specifically advertised on their website. The first employee I spoke with wasn’t familiar with what I was asking for and told me they were transferring me to the “print specialist.” The second person who answered also didn’t seem familiar with the product and repeated it back as “rap cards.” What was especially confusing was that this person then told me the print specialist had stepped out and I would need to wait for them to return — even though I had just been told I was being transferred to that person. At this point I was getting concerned, especially because my question was very simple: if I sent over a print-ready file today, could the order be completed by Wednesday? The employee couldn’t provide an answer and instead gave me an email address to send the file to. I repeated the address back and confirmed it while typing it into my computer. It’s now almost 5:00 PM and I haven’t received any response, so I’ve essentially lost an entire business day on a time-sensitive project. Before posting this review, I looked through some recent reviews and noticed the email address the owner has provided in responses is one character different from the address I was given and confirmed this morning, which may explain why I never heard back. To be fair, neither employee was rude, and I can’t speak to the quality of their printing because I never actually got far enough to use the service. Maybe they were distracted or understaffed this morning, but the whole experience felt surprisingly disorganized for what should have been a very straightforward printing inquiry.

  Sabrina was absolutely amazing I was having trouble getting my shipping label she was very helpful showing me what to do. Very polite. Excellent customer service.
